Return Policy

At Kooze Club (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our Return Policy below for information on how to return products.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Return Period: You may return items within 30 days of receipt. Items returned after this period may not be accepted.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Digital downloads.
- Items marked as final sale.
3. Return Process
Request a Return: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at hello@koozieclub.gg with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hello@koozieclub.gg within 30 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and will issue a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@koozieclub.gg within 30 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and will send the correct item or issue a refund.
