What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Domestically, we put our trust in the fine folks at the USPS. All orders placed within the U.S. and its territories will ship via First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes. International orders will ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on carrier cost. Tracking information will be provided to you once the order confirmation and packing are completed. Please note: International orders are subject to customs and duties fees and are not associated with the Kooze Club.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Domestic orders via the USPS should arrive within 1-5 business days.
International orders that are outside of the U.S. could take up to 20-45 days to arrive.

We accept all major credit / debit cards along with Apple Pay, G Pay, and WooPay.

How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is packed and shipped you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your order on the carrier’s website.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please email hello@koozieclub.gg with your order number and a message on what you would like to change.
How Can I Return a Product?
Of course, email hello@koozieclub.gg with your order number and what you’ll be returning. Please note: In some cases the customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping.
